If you’re reading this, you are truly a special person. The average person wanders through life eating whatever they want, never breaking a sweat, and collecting a list of ailments and medications longer than Santa’s naughty list. Not you. You have chosen to take time out of your day and learn how to improve your health.

Renegade Health Magazine was born out of necessity. The health information space is broken. For years now, the leading health magazines and websites have abandoned their mission. They no longer promote improved health. Instead, they focus on selling ads and pushing the government approved narrative. Look no further than the best-selling health magazine on the market right now. Roughly 40% of their pages are advertisements. As you will soon see, that’s not the case with Renegade Health Magazine.
Likewise, the leading online health websites almost exclusively promote the government-approved narratives. You have diabetes? Here’s a pill. Back pain? Surgery. Depression? Another pill. Any discussion of substantive lifestyle changes is ignored or shoved aside for whatever the preferred Big Pharma/Big Medicine therapy is.
Americans, and people throughout the industrialized world, are unhealthier than ever. Rates of diabetes, obesity, heart disease, cancer, depression, anxiety, autoimmune disease, and various other ailments are higher than ever before. There’s no end in sight. The goal of Renegade Health Magazine is to change that trajectory.
This magazine isn’t like any other. The contributors to this magazine have proven their ability to communicate effectively and promote positive change, improving the health of their readers. They may not have a fancy degree. They don’t work for government, Big Pharma, Big Ag, or Big Education. You probably haven’t even heard of many of them. However, they are all subject matter experts in their field, sharing their knowledge and insights with you.
The content within Renegade Health Magazine can be challenging and complex. There will be topics you’ve never heard of and may require deeper research to fully understand. The goal is to provide valuable information written in a way that is easy to understand. My hope is you can find a handful of topics you can implement in order to improve your health.
You will encounter a variety of different writing styles within Renegade Health Magazine. We tried to allow contributors to maintain their own style to the greatest degree possible. Any changes made to their articles were done predominantly for formatting. If you enjoy their style or content, be sure to follow them on their social media or website listed at the end of the article. Support independent thinkers in the health information space.
